[Oacrao-l] Immunization Records

We collect immunization records on all students regardless of their housing status if they will be studying on the campus. The only students who are exempt from submitting immunization records are those who are completing their degree program entirely online.

Our Office of Student Affairs houses the immunization records for students.  To my knowledge, we have never housed them in the Registrar’s Office.

We are updating our information on Immunization and was wondering were the other institutions file the students Immunization records?  Do you file in with their admission or if they are housing students in their housing files?
