UCO does offer credit for IB work.  The following is from some documentation that we use to train advisors:

Credit may be awarded to students who have taken higher level courses in the International Baccalaureate Program and who have scored at least a four (on a seven-point scale) on the higher level course examination.  Such credit is generally awarded on a course-by-course basis as recommended by the appropriate University of Central Oklahoma department.

This credit is posted to the student's transcript with the grade of P*2 (which the grade key on the back of the transcript identifies as Extra-Institutional Credit).
