Hello Ms. Nation, attached you will find the articulation agreement that was approved by the State Regents' in 1991 and modified in 2000.  This articulation agreement between state system BSN and ADN directors and deans allows ADN transfer students to forgo upper-division nursing courses that may duplicate lower-division courses.

If your institution offers an RN-BSN Program and has a minimum upper-division credit hour requirement, can you please share your current practices? Do you waive any of the upper-division cr hr requirements? Or accept any of the RN Associate Degree cr hrs as upper-division (using the NCLEX to document equivalent learning)?
