[Oacrao-l] Reach Higher Question

Hello OACRAO Members,

The State Regents approved a clarification item for the associate degree Reach Higher initiative at their June 23, 2011 meeting.  

The following is an excerpt, from the item, that pertains to resident credit: 

General Education requirements (37 credit hours) can be satisfied by credit earned at an Oklahoma institution participating in the Course Equivalency Project (CEP).  Courses taken from the CEP listings will fulfill resident credit requirements.

Do you wave the 15 credit hours of residence credit toward the enterprise development general studies option for reach higher students?  I can't seem to locate the specific rule on the reach higher.
