Greetings, colleagues! I just came through our annual A-133 audit and would like to pose the following questions to you. I would appreciate your input as soon as possible so that I may report back to my administration.


1.  Does your institution report enrollment and graduation information directly to NSLDS or do you send your files to the Clearinghouse?

2.  Does your institution have a dedicated staff member handling your enrollment and graduation reporting?

3.  What department at your institution (registrar, financial aid, information technology or other) reports your data? If other what department has this honor?

4.  What SIS do you use?

5.  Do you award degrees in the summer and, if so, have you had any issues with the Clearinghouse reporting that data correctly to NSLDS?
