David:
Responses for NSU are below -
*1. **Does your institution report enrollment and graduation information
directly to NSLDS or do you send your files to the Clearinghouse? *
* We send our files to the Clearinghouse.*
*2. **Does your institution have a dedicated staff member handling your
enrollment and graduation reporting?*
* No.*
*3. **What department at your institution (registrar, financial aid,
information technology or other) reports your data? If other what
department has this honor?*
* Institutional Effectiveness reports the data to the Clearinghouse.*
*4. **What SIS do you use?*
* We use Banner.*
*5. **Do you award degrees in the summer and, if so, have you had any
issues with the Clearinghouse reporting that data correctly to NSLDS?*
* We award degrees in the summer. I submit degree files to the
Clearinghouse a few weeks after each term for that term and the previous
term (to pick up any late degree postings). To my knowledge, we haven't
had issue with summer degrees being reported.*
Thanks,
Julie
