The student will need to initiate the process through Straighterline.  Once ACE receives the transcript from SL, the student may request that a transcript be sent to you from ACE.

We don’t, at least not directly.  Let me explain.  Straighterline has been assessed by ACE and does recommend credit for courses taken from SL.  If the student will provide an ACE generated “transcript,” we will accept the credit based on the ACE recommendation.
