[Oacrao-l] A question for registrars

At East Central, a student seeking a second bachelor's degree must complete at least a minimum of 154 hours. Residency requirements would include:

1.      A minimum of 30 hours, of which at least 12 must be upper level.

2.      A minimum of 9 hours of upper level work towards the major (count towards the 12).

3.      A minimum of 3 hours of upper level work towards the minor (count towards the 12).

4.      At least 15 of the last 30 hours earned or 50% of the hours required by the major.

Good morning! We have an applicant who has earned a BS at another institution who is wanting to return to ORU to obtain an additional bachelors. He has already completed 30 credits from ORU. I believe that the OSRHE requires a specific percentage of major courses to be completed at the institution awarding the degree. How would your institution handle this scenario?
