[Oacrao-l] OACRAO Fall Conference fast approaching!

Fellow OACRAO members:

The Fall 2016 OACRAO conference is quickly approaching!  Early Bird Registration is currently $100 for OACRAO members. If you register by Friday, September 23, 2016, you will save $50 off the normal cost of registration. The fee will be $150 after this date. I also wanted to clarify some questions about the pre-conference workshops...

*         As a reminder, the pre-conference workshop on Reverse Transfers is FREE to all participants.  If you know of people who are planning to ONLY attend this session and not the main conference, they will need to register as "Guest."

*         For those interested in attending the International Admissions & Advising pre-conference workshop ONLY, please register under the category of "International Pre-Conference" as it should only charge you for that session and not the main conference.

The hotel room block will be available through Sunday, September 25, 2016, so please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. You may call the Fairfield Inn & Suites directly at (405) 341-4818.

Door prizes will be given away during the welcome reception on Thursday, October 6, 2016. We encourage you to bring door prizes for the event and you may drop them off at the registration table when you arrive.

The dress code for the OACRAO conference is casual. Show your best school spirit by wearing your favorite mascot/logo inspired clothing (also, don't forget to bring your favorite "hero" outfit as well for the welcome reception Thursday evening!)
