[Oacrao-l] Grade repeat policy

We allow students to repeat a class as many times as they wish. The most recent grade is the one that is factored into the GPA.

We use the Banner job process SHRRPTS to get a list of repeated classes.

Hello,

What is the grade repeat policy at your institution? Does the student have to initiate the grade repeat process by submitting a grade repeat request to the Office of the Registrar or does the Office of the Registrar perform the grade repeat automatically?
