[Oacrao-l] Grade repeat policy

At Southeastern, we go by the OSRHE repeated course/forgiveness policy.    Our system calculates repeats automatically.     If the student repeats a course that they completed at a different school, they may need to request the repeat if we didn't automatically equate the transfer course to a Southeastern course.

What is the grade repeat policy at your institution? Does the student have to initiate the grade repeat process by submitting a grade repeat request to the Office of the Registrar or does the Office of the Registrar perform the grade repeat automatically?
