[Oacrao-l] OACRAO Fall Conference fast approaching!

Good afternoon everyone!

The Fall 2017 OACRAO conference is quickly approaching!  Early Bird Registration is currently $100 for OACRAO members. If you register by Tuesday, September 26th, 2017, you will save $50 off the normal cost of registration. The fee will be $150 after this date. The agenda is still being updated and there have been a couple of changes since we first opened registration. So you may see a change on your own agenda if you have already registered.

If you haven't already registered, check out how "entertaining" our session titles are this year!

A few notes of importance:


*         If you are only presenting and not attending the conference, please register as a Guest in order to avoid being charged the conference registration fee.



*         For those interested in attending the International Admissions & Advising pre-conference workshop ONLY, please register under the category of "International Pre-Conference Only" as it should only charge you for that session and not the main conference.


*         The OACRAO block of discounted hotel rooms at the Fairfield Inn and Suites is now sold out. There is a block of overflow rooms available at the LaQuinta Suites, Edmond. These are available at the discounted rate on a limited basis and are first come, first served, so call 405-513-5353 to book yours soon. Be sure to ask for the OACRAO block of rooms when you call!


*         Door prizes will be given away during the welcome reception on Thursday, October 5, 2017. We encourage you to bring door prizes for the event and you may drop them off at the registration table when you arrive.


*         As I mentioned before, parking will be a little different this year so please watch the OACRAO website as well as your email for more information as the conference gets closer.

If anyone is having issues with registering, please let me know.  Please do not delay-the conference will be here before we know it.
