[Oacrao-l] Academic Dishonesty & The Transcript

Do any of you notate academic dishonesty on your transcripts?  Our Academic Integrity Committee reviewed an academic dishonesty case and part of their decision was to have a statement of the offense placed on the student's transcript.  I can't find anything in OSRHE policy that covers this topic.
