[Oacrao-l] Payment Agreements Question

Good afternoon.

We currently require students to sign a financial responsibility agreement (payment agreement) prior to enrollment every semester. However, we have been identifying and removing barriers and see this as a potential barrier. How are your institutions handling payment agreements, and how frequently are they required?
