Here are the questions on TCC's application:

1) Within the past ten (10) years, have you been convicted, pleaded guilty, pleaded no contest or accepted a deferred judgement to any violent criminal felony charges? 
2) As a result of a felony, are you required to register with any local, state, or College law enforcement agency?

In order to prepare for an interim study hearing next week before the Legislature, we would like to get an idea of how many institutions are still asking whether a student has a felony conviction on their admissions applications.  If you have a moment, I would appreciate it if you could reply to this message and let me know whether you ask this question on your admission application and, if not, when you stopped asking.  Thanks in advance for this information; it is very helpful as we advocate for higher education at the Capitol.
