[Oacrao-l] Official transcript question

Rose State College does accept transcripts that are hand carried by the student in a sealed envelope. However, emailed transcripts from a counselor are considered unofficial. We currently only accept electronic high school transcripts through XAP or one of the third party senders - usually Parchment, Escrip-safe and NSC.

  1.  Do you accept official college transcripts that are hand carried by the student in a sealed envelope?


  1.  Do you accept High school Transcripts that are emailed by the student's HS counselor?
