[Oacrao-l] Waiving Computer Proficiency

Sorry, I should have clarified.  This would be for students who did not have a computer course in high school and did not take a computer science course in college either.  We usually have them take and pass our computer proficiency exam.

I believe the policy allows for course substitution if the student can document having taken a computer course in high school.

Are any of you waiving the computer proficiency requirement for seniors graduating this semester that would otherwise need to take the computer proficiency exam? Our Assessment Office is closed for the foreseeable future.  I think we have good grounds to waive the requirement since all students are completing the semester by computer. Should I ask OSRHE for permission to do this?
