[Oacrao-l] FERPA for Deceased Students

Hello OACRAO!

I am looking at adding to our FERPA policy to include something pertaining to records for deceased students. I'm not finding a whole lot about this in my AACRAO FERPA Guide. Do any of you have policies regarding records for deceased students that you wouldn't mind sharing?
