[Oacrao-l] Residency Question

Hello OACRAO!

I hope everyone is staying safe and warm! I could use some help with a Oklahoma residency question. How would you classify a dependent student who graduated from an Oklahoma high school and whose parents have worked fulltime for an Oklahoma public school district for several years but the family lives out of state? They commute from across state lines to work and high school.
