[Oacrao-l] Incarcerated Students

Good morning!

How does your institution handle transcript requests for former students who are now incarcerated? If you charge for transcripts, do incarcerated students pay that fee, as well?

I appreciate any insight you can provide - we've had a significant uptick in requests from incarcerated individuals over the past few months.
