[Oacrao-l] AACRAO Transcript Release Guidance

Hello OACRAO and Friends!

There were numerous inquiries at our recent Summer Frontline Workshop regarding the upcoming federal regulations that prohibit financial holds from blocking the release of academic transcripts, effective July 1. To assist in understanding this policy, on June 5, AACRAO has released a "Guidance in Response."
