[Oacrao-l] Inquiry about Bursar holds and transcript requests

Just wanted to clarify that SWOSU has not made a firm decision yet, but in conversations with our Bursar, we feel that this is the way we're leaning.

Good Monday morning to all!  If you were able to attend Friday's Spring Policy Workshop, we hope you had a great time, and found it helpful and informative......great to see you there!

I have one question: at the workshop, it was mentioned that Oklahoma City Community College and Southwestern Oklahoma State University were no longer holding transcripts for students/former students with active Bursar holds in place.  As such, are there any other institutions in Oklahoma that will be enacting a similar practice?  If so, when would this be done (if known)?
