Hello OACRAO members,

I know many of you are in discussions with your business officers and leadership on how to handle the October 2023 announcement from the Department of Education regarding  transcript release (Regulation C.F.R. 668.14 (b) (33 & 34). For those interested, on March 7, AACRAO published its March 6 letter to the Deputy Under Secretary, the Honorable Benjamin Miller, of the U.S. Department of Education. The letter outlined concerns regarding the regulation from AACRAO and NACUBO members. Below is the link to that letter.
