[Oacrao-l] AI Transcript Evaluation

We do not currently use any transcript evaluation services, but would like to see the answers from those that do.  I also went to several sessions about this and would love to have something that would make this process easier.

Hello OACRAO!

I went to several sessions at the Super Conference about AI tools for transcript evaluation. They left me curious and hopeful for something that may make all of the lives here in our Registrar's Office easier. If you don't mind taking a few minutes to answer these questions, I would greatly appreciate it!

                Does your institution use any kind of AI transcript reading applications? If so, what are you using?
                How long did implementation take and how many internal IT staff worked on the project?
                Did you have any external third party assistance with implementation?
                How satisfied are you with the product on a scale of 1-5 where 1 is very dissatisfied and 5 is very satisfied?
                At what point in the student cycle do you post transfer credit? When they are admitted? When they commit to enroll? After census?
