[Oasfaa] ACG and SMART grant programs

My VP wants me to give info about the 2 new grant programs to the
Admissions counselors so they can use the info to recruit students.  Is
anyone else getting the information out yet?  Or are you still waiting
for more info from the DOE?  I don't want to make promises that the
gov't can't or won't keep. :-)  I also don't want questions to start
coming in that we don't have the answers to.
