ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF  STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES/ PROJECT MANAGER 
The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is seeking qualified applicants for  
Assistant Director of Student Financial Services/Project Manager.  The 
Assistant Director of Student Financial  Services/Project  Manager is responsible 
for assisting in directing the overall operation of  student financial services. 
 S/he  will provide students with integrated services for financial aid, 
financial  counseling, and payment options.  The Assistant Director shall promote 
a positive office environment and  superior customer service.  This  position 
is governed by state and federal financial aid regulations and  institutional 
policy.  QUALIFICATIONS include a Bachelor’s  degree, excellent interpersonal 
communication and critical thinking skills, a  strong working knowledge of 
automated systems (Datatel preferred), demonstrated  staff management skills and 
at least three years experience in student financial  aid or a related area, 
including one year in a supervisory or leadership  capacity. Other job related 
education and/or experience may be substituted for  all or part of these basic 
requirements upon approval of the Qualifications  Review Committee.
