[Oasfaa] OTAG SP07 Pre-Populated Award Claim Forms - Available upon Request

Hello all,

A brief reminder -- Spring 2007 Pre-Populated Award Claim Forms are now available for schools wishing to identify students who are newly eligible for spring-only OTAG awards based on the application cutoff date extension.

SP07 pre-populated lists will include potentially eligible students who have application dates through the SP07 cutoff of June 7.

Pre-populated lists are provided at the school's request.  A pre-populated list can be requested from the OTAG office by e-mailing reports at otag.org or by calling 877-662-6231.
