Minimum
Qualifications:
Education Required: Master’s Degree in Education or related field or an
equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully
perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Experience & Skills Required: Five (5) years of financial aid management
experience (to include record of progressive levels of responsibility) at a
higher educational institution. Two years experience with financial aid
administrative computer systems. Must have a demonstrated professional history and
understanding of working with individuals from diverse cultural,
socioeconomic, and academic backgrounds.
Experience & Skills Preferred: Community college financial aid management
experience preferred. Financial aid Datatel Colleague experience preferred.
Classification:
Professional with Masters Degree (C-MA) – Salary range $50,006 - $64,372.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. Additional compensation provided
for education above minimum required.
