[Oasfaa] Financial Aid Awareness weeks in Oklahoma

Hello OASFAA...

I wanted to let you know that Governor Brad Henry has issued a proclamation
proclaiming February 6-19, 2006 as Financial Aid Awareness Weeks in
Oklahoma.

February 11th and 13th, the Sallie Mae Fund bus tour will be in Tulsa and I
know several of you are involved with this event.

February 12th, College Goal Sunday at Rose State College

February 19th,  College Goal Sunday at Langston University-OKC and Tulsa,
Northeastern State University-Broken Arrow and Tahlequah, Oklahoma Panhandle
State University,Oklahoma State University-OKC-Stillwater and Tulsa, Oral
Roberts University, Rogers State University, Southeastern Oklahoma State
University, St. Gregory's University, University of Central Oklahoma and the
University of Oklahoma-Oklahoma City Community College Latino event at OU
Health Sciences Center.

I know that during these next few months many of you will be out on the road
traveling to high school nights and college fairs throughout our state.
Thank you for taking the time to present at these events.  We all know how
important the information is that you are providing to these students and
their families and how confusing it can be to them as well.

Thank you all for what you do each day to make it possible for students to
achieve their educational goals!!!
