[Oasfaa] Estimate of aid recipients served through consortium agreements

Hello OASFAA Schools,

I hope you can help me this afternoon by replying to this email with a
quick estimate of the number of financial aid recipients at your
institution receiving aid via a consortium agreement with you have with
another Oklahoma (public or private) institution.  

Also, if you expect this number to grow substantially during the next
year, an estimate of that growth would be helpful too.  

Please don't spend a lot of time on this - just a quick educated guess
is all that is needed.
