The Five Dysfunctions of a Team-This session, based on the
best-selling business fable, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by
Patrick Lencioni, goes to the heart of why even the best
teams can fail to meet their goals. This session will reveal Lencioni’s
powerful model and provide action steps that can be used
to overcome common hurdles to build a more cohesive, effective team.
This session will be repeated on Thursday afternoon.
