[Oasfaa] Oklahoma's SWASFAA/ NASFAA Fall 2006 Training Nov 17, 2006

Yes, we're having the Fall 2006 Training at Rose State on Friday,
November 17.  The on-line registration site is up and ready for you to
register, go ton the OASFAA home page & select 'NASFAA Fall
Workshop-updated 10/17/06".

A few things:
 
a)  there is no cost for the workshop.  There is also no lunch with the
workshop, so don't forget to bring your milk money, you'll have to go
off-campus to eat lunch.  
 
b)  OASFAA is giving each school ONE free set of materials.  We only
have 50 sets, so hustle (OSU wins the tootsie pop for being the first
school to register).  
 
c)  NO, YOU CAN"T BUY EXTRA SETS.  Don't EVEN ask.   We had 55 schools
attend training last year and we're going to make sure every school gets
at least one set.   You can send as many people from a school as you
want but you still only get one set.  So you have to sit close together,
big deal,  wear extra deodorant.   
 
d)  Yes, we really are starting registration at 8:30 and the training
WILL start at 9.  We have a lot to cover, we need every minute. 
 
e)  I'll be gone the rest of today & tomorrow, if you have trouble with
the on-line registration, contact the webmaster at edew at ou.edu. But, be
kind. Remember, the poor schlub is married to me.

P.S.  Yes, I see the typo on the front page link.  No, I'm not going to
tell him to fix it right away. He had me test it 3 times and if there's
a misspelling, it's my fault for not catching it.  The poor man has to
work on OASFAA  web stuff AND live with me, give him a break.   You guys
know how to spell NASFAA, don't you?
