[Oasfaa] Final Deadline for Fall OTAG Award Claims

This is a reminder that the final deadline for submitting fall 2006 OTAG Award Claim Forms is November 10.  This includes supplemental disbursement requests and requests to reinstate cancelled awards.

It would assist the OTAG staff greatly with the management of available funds if participating institutions proceed with submitting their award claims for any remaining eligible students known at this time.  If you identify a few additional students, their award claims can still be submitted closer to the November 10 deadline.

Your assistance and cooperation in wrapping up fall 2006 OTAG awards is appreciated.  If you need a pre-populated Award Claim Form, please submit a request to reports at otag.org.
