[Oasfaa] Reminder to Institutions Using OTAG Pre-Populated Award Claim Forms

Institutions completing Excel OTAG pre-populated Award Claim Forms in spring 2007 are reminded that the students listed in the spreadsheet provided by OTAG appear in three separate groups:

*	Awarded (A appears in Column J of the spreadsheet) - students who were awarded and paid OTAG at your institution in fall 2006
*	Cancelled (C appears in Column J of the spreadsheet) - students who were awarded and paid, then cancelled at your institution in fall 2006
*	Pending (P appears in Column J of the spreadsheet) - students who were not awarded/paid at your institution in fall 2007 who meet the 6-7-06 FAFSA receipt date for OTAG awards in spring 2007
