For those of you who still participate in the Perkins Loan Program,  the 
University of Central Oklahoma is currently utilizing a third party 
servicer for collections and we are looking to make a change.  If you know 
of any third parties that handle Perkins Loan Collections, I would 
appreciate their names and any contact information you have on them.
