[Oasfaa] OTAG Funds Exhausted

We have received more OTAG Award Claim Forms for the final Spring 2008
awarding process than we have funds available to commit.

If your institution has not received notice that a Disbursement Report
is available to download, that is an indication that we were unable to
pay your award claim.  We will send an e-mail message to each
institution that submitted an Award Claim Form that we did not pay.

Attached for your information is an updated spreadsheet that reflects
each institution's total 2007-2008 awards paid as of 4/18/08 compared
with end of year awards in 2006-2007.
