Position Title: Coordinator of Enrollment Management

Hiring Range: $36,320.00 - $45,400.00

Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Enrollment Management is a vital member of the enrollment management team and is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of official data to both internal and external constituencies. The coordinator creates and maintains official student records utilizing and implementing manual and automated software processes. Maintains confidentiality of all student records. Responds to student inquiries. Produces transcripts and other official records. Prepares reports as needed, assuring accuracy and timeliness of completion.

Experience:
Two years experience in student records, admissions, academic records analysis, or related area. Experience with querying data from relational databases and proficiency with spreadsheet software required.


Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
A demonstrated ability as a self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines as part of a fast-paced problem solving team. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must.

Preferred:
Degree:
Master's

Experience:
Three or more years experience in related position. Experience with an institution of medical education. Experience in Information Systems, or related field preferred. Experience with SQL and Focus reporting preferred.
