[Oasfaa] Sad News....Charlie Agee, Northeastern State University

Members of the Financial Aid Community,

It is with deep sadness that we learn today that Charlie Agee, assistant

director of Financial Services, passed away Thursday, August 21, after a

courageous battle with cancer.

Charlie joined the NSU community in 1996 and was affectionately known on

campus as the "long haired dude." He represented the institution with 
pride and dignity throughout his 12 years in Financial Aid, and assisted

thousands of NSU students in their quest to complete their college 
degrees. He demonstrated a true spirit of commitment to helping every 
student who walked through his door, and his humor, personal warmth and 
caring nature for all whom he met will be greatly missed.

Please keep in your thoughts his wife, Donna Agee, coordinator of 
Student Disability Services in the NSU Office of Student Affairs.

Services are pending with Hart Funeral Home and will be announced when 
information becomes available.
