[Oasfaa] OASFAA Fall Decentralized Training Update

Hello Everyone,

 

Just a quick note to update you on new developments. I have good news
both of which involve money! First, I'm happy to announce that OGSLP
(Oklahoma Guaranteed Student Loan Program) will be providing the packets
this year, so there will be no cost for the training materials to
schools. Second, I'm also happy to announce that OLAC (Oklahoma Lender
Advisory Council) will be providing lunch for us. So, the bottom line is
this training opportunity will be provided free. How do like that?
Hopefully, now everyone who wants to come will now be able to come. 

 

As I mentioned in my earlier email, I'll touch base with everyone to
confirm numbers for lunch. If you have not yet sent your reply
indicating how many will be coming from you school, I still need to know
a preliminary number now please. 

 

This will be a great training opportunity. We look forward to seeing
everyone there.

What: The OASFAA 2008 Fall Training Workshop Series on Aspects of
Student Eligibility

 

When: Friday, October 10, 2008. Registration 8:30 AM, Training 9:00AM -
4:00PM.  

 

Where: Room 170 in Nielsen Hall (the Physics building on the South
Oval). See the OU campus map at http://www.visit.ou.edu/HTML/map.htm
Nielsen Hall is Building # 27.  The parking lot is north of Building 38
(Dale Hall Tower), you enter it from Elm Street. 

 

Why: Because one, it's free; because two, the training will be
excellent; and three, because you will have a chance to network with
