FSEOG and FWS 

Message: 

NASFAA shared news today that they had been contacted by 
the Department of Education to seek assistance in 
notifying schools regarding the availability of additional 
FSEOG and FWS funds IF THOSE SCHOOLS OR ANY OF THEIR 
BRANCH CAMPUSES were located in any of the FEMA designated 
disaster counties (35) in 20 different states.   The link 
below tells you which counties in which states are 
eligible. 

The deadline for this request is Monday, June 15th.  

They have made it very simple to ask for and receive and 
the best news of all, the funds are not subject to the 
same rules and conditions associated with the regular 
funds you receive.   NASFAA will be sending out a Email 
Blast to the membership but shared the news today with the 
Board members.
