[Oasfaa] OTAG Deadline -- Final Reminder

This is a final reminder that Friday, March 6 is the deadline for
institutions to submit their initial Spring 2009 OTAG Award Claim Form
to the State Regents' office for processing.  Attached is an updated
spreadsheet that reflects total 2008-09 disbursements paid to
institutions as of this afternoon.  Institutions with no disbursements
paid for Spring 2009 are identified with "fall only" entered in Column
F.

As of today, we must disburse an additional $1.4 million in state funds
in order to meet the qualifications for receipt of Oklahoma's 2008-09
Federal LEAP/SLEAP allocations.  The sooner spring 2009 OTAG funds have
been claimed by all institutions, the sooner we can work to ensure that
our expenditures from state funds will satisfy our matching
requirements.

Again, we ask for cooperation from ALL institutions in submitting their
spring 2009 award claims to our office without further delay.  As a
reminder, the president or chief executive officer of any institution
not submitting an initial claim by March 6 will be notified.
