Subject:  SWASFAA Annual Conference 

Message: 
We hope you are making plans to attend the SWASFAA 
Conference, Boot Camp, and Mid-Level Training in 
Albuquerque, New Mexico the week of December 7-11. 
Registration for all three activities remains open until 
November 23 without a late fee penalty and after that with 
a $50.00 added charge.  The hotel room block has been 
extended and remains open until November 16.

Please go to the SWASFAA website, www.swasfaa.org, to view 
the tentative agenda for all the activities and to register 
for any or all of the events.  The conference will provide 
updates from Jeff Baker, Kevin Campbell, and Barbara Davis, 
all from the Department of Education; timely information 
concerning veterans benefits, FERPA, and IRS resources; a 
NASFAA update from Joan Crissman; and other topics related 
to our daily tasks at the office.

We hope to see you soon in Albuquerque for vital training 
and networking as you join us in 'Rising Above...the 
Journey to Greatness'.
