[Oasfaa] DCL - Support for Schools Transitioning to Direct Loans

Dear Colleagues;
 
The U.S. Department of Education published a letter (DCL GEN-10-06)
<http://www.ifap.ed.gov/dpcletters/GEN1006.html>  yesterday providing
information to schools that my need assistance from the Department to
transition to Direct Lending from FFELP.  You may access the letter here
