[Oasfaa] PJ answers

I received a lot of answers!  Thanks!  Most said they would do a PJ and take the legal costs from either the assets or the AGI.  However, one person stated that we can't take amounts of outstanding bills or fees from the agi in a PJ situation.  

I will probably play it safe and just give her some add'l institutional "emergency" scholarship funds.
