[Oasfaa] Spring 2010 Conference Reminder

You can register online for the conference at www.oasfaaok.com<http://www.oasfaaok.com/> by April 2nd.  There will be a $25 late fee added for registration forms received after the April 2nd deadline.

If you register for the conference and will not be able to attend, the deadline to cancel your registration with no charge will be April 2nd.  If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Mendy Schmerer at Mendy-Schmerer at ouhsc.edu.

The conference will be held at the Moore Norman Technology Center, 13301 S. Penn, Oklahoma City.

The designated hotel for the Spring 2010 Conference is the Hampton Inn located at 920 SW 77th St, Oklahoma City.  The phone number is (405) 602-3400.
The rate for those attending the conference is $ 88.40.  Be sure to register by March 31st to receive this rate.

You may register for your hotel room by going  to www.Oklahomacitysouthsuites.hamptoninn.com<http://www.oklahomacitysouthsuites.hamptoninn.com/> and enter the code OAS in the Group/Convention line. Your rate should load automatically.

Please start collecting towels, wash clothes, pillow cases, lightweight fleece blankets and journals for our service project Citizens Caring for Children. The schools and vendors have been assigned to teams that will be led by Nancy Vollertsen, Alicia Smith, Wayne Sparks and Mendy Schmerer.  The two teams collecting the highest number of items will compete in laser tag at Thursday night's entertainment.
