[Oasfaa] Honoring OASFAA Retirees

Each year at the OASFAA Conference, we honor those of our members who are
retiring from Financial Aid.  If you have anyone in your office who is a
member of OASFAA and has either recently or will soon be retiring please let
me know so that we can recognize them at the OASFAA conference.
