[Oasfaa] Pell disbursements

We disburse Pell for our Block II courses at the beginning of the term.  If the student never begins the course, we adjust the aid as appropriate.

Good Morning OASFSAA,

I'd like to ask our Oklahoma peer institutions how you disburse Pell to
students who are enrolled in a standard 16 week term but do not actually
begin any attendance in that term until a module which is a later part of
the 16 week term.  Do you wait to disburse Pell until the student starts
attending the module which is a later part of term or do you disburse on
your 16 week term's normal disbursement date using the census date hours?
