Do you have questions about federal student loan servicing that you would like to ask Department of Education officials or representatives from the federal student loan servicers? If so, please submit your questions to NASFAA by emailing policy at nasfaa.org<mailto:policy at nasfaa.org> and we'll do our best to get your questions answered during NASFAA's free, online townhall meeting on Feb. 1. The 90-minute townhall will  be moderated by NASFAA President Justin Draeger and will feature representatives from the federal loan servicers and staff from the Department's Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA). The presenters will provide an update on the Direct Loan conversion process, answer frequently asked questions from NASFAA members about loan servicing, and allow time for live Q&A.
