As you know the SWASFAA Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas November 14-16, 2012. To ensure you reserve your room within the reserved block rate of $106/night plus $10 reduced resort fee, please make your reservation by:

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2012

You can reserve your room online at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/swasfaa. If you wish to secure rooms by calling the hotel (or if you encounter difficulties) you may call 1-888-421-1442 and use the room block name SWASFAA.

The conference kicks off at 1pm on Wednesday, November 14 with a general session. It concludes at 10:30am on Friday, November 16. Registration for the conference can be done online http://www.swasfaa.org/docs/forms/memConf12.html.
