[Oasfaa] College Access Challenge Grant

Dear Financial Aid Directors,

Due to the sequestration discussions in Washington, we were not able to release the College Access Challenge Grant Scholarship information earlier in the year.  With a reduced amount, we now feel we can provide your institution's award.

As you recall, this is a scholarship for PELL eligible students who are near completion of their degree.  The award can be at least $500 and no more than $1,000 per student.  Your president will receive the award letter and you will receive a copy with further instructions and the reimbursement request form.  We hope to have the letters out by February 1st, so you may want to start determining which students are eligible so you can apply their award as quickly as possible.
